30-Day Returns

At Atelier Rue, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, we offer an easy return process.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. We only accept returns on new items.
  • Returns: Returning items to us is straightforward and our client support team will assist you.

Return Costs

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return delivery is the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our team at info@atelier-rue.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Get Return Instructions: We'll email you a return authorisation and step-by-step instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
  4. Send it Back: Using a trackable postal service of your choice, send your package to the address provided in the return authorisation email. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
